Chamomile Lavender Sleep Tea

Chamomile Flowers2 tsp
Lavender Buds1 tsp
Boiling Water1 cup

Preparation
Bring water to a boil and let it cool for 1 minute. Place chamomile flowers and lavender buds in a tea infuser or directly in your cup. Pour hot water over the herbs and steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain, add honey and a squeeze of lemon to taste. Sip slowly 30 minutes before bedtime.
