Felixiya is a mental health and spiritual wellness platform that provides:

  • Crystal healing information and recommendations
  • Healing music and sound therapy resources
  • Healing drink recipes and wellness beverages
  • AI-powered spiritual guidance and crystal advisory
  • Feng Shui and Chinese Zodiac resources
  • Wellness scheduling and consultation booking

IMPORTANT: Felixiya is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content provided through our Service, including crystal healing information, healing music, and spiritual guidance, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information obtained through our Service.

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at legal@felixiya.com for refund inquiries. Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refund.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felixiya and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Felixiya and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@felixiya.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Felixiya regarding the use of the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
