Preparation

Peel and roughly chop the ginger root. Juice the lemons and orange. In a blender, combine ginger, citrus juices, water, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, and honey. Blend on high for 60 seconds. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract all liquid. Pour into small shot glasses. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
